This is our plan for couples who are mostly in agreement but need help finalizing a few sticking points. Usually, those points come down to numbers, like what an asset is really worth.
A little objective help is often all it takes to reach a full agreement.
This service includes an initial consultation with both spouses to confirm mutual agreement and outline what we’ll need.
It also includes access to an individual coach for up to six sessions — three for each of you — to help you each be prepared to reach a final agreement thoughtfully and intentionally.
You’ll get a full day (up to eight hours) of mediation to work through the remaining issues and finalize your agreement.
We create and submit your Joint Petition and Consent Decree, signed and sent to the Court.
After 60 days, we will file the final signed Consent Decree for the Court to review and approve.
$16,000, flat. Payment is required before services begin.
