The parties do not have agreements or at least not many, but want to be in control of how your divorce turns out — you just don’t know where to begin. Maybe you keep getting stuck on the same argument. This plan gives you a guide for the whole journey.
This is our plan for couples who likely need more information to be in a position to intelligently enter an agreement. Additionally, this may be a couple who want a divorce, but are not fully ready to get divorced. We have the skills and professional assistance to help you complete this process safely and fairly.
With the right support, couples who feel stuck can reach a peaceful agreement and move on.
This service includes an initial consultation with both spouses to confirm mutual agreement and outline the materials we’ll need.
It includes access to an individual coach for up to six sessions — three for each of you — focused on helping you reach a final agreement thoughtfully.
You’ll also get personal, hands-on assistance through the whole process, including help gathering the documentation needed to make mediation productive. This process does not include business valuations, QDRO, or a tax advisor.
Then a full day (up to eight hours) of mediation to reach your agreement, followed by the creation and submission of your Joint Petition and Consent Decree.
After 60 days, we will file the final signed Consent Decree for the Court to review and approve.
$25,000, flat. Payment is required before services begin.
