Executive Level Service

This plan is for couples with substantial or complex assets who want a complete, white-glove process. You want it done right, done fully, done privately, and done without a courtroom war. 

It includes everything in our other Plans, plus the specialized help that high-asset divorces require like business valuation, QDRO attorney, and a tax advisor. 

What’s Included 

This service includes an initial consultation with both spouses, access to an individual coach for each party, and personal assistance throughout the process, including help gathering the documentation needed for mediation, and the necessary professionals needed for business valuation, QDRO attorney and/or a tax advisor. 

It includes a full day and a half (up to twelve hours) of mediation and the creation and submission of your Joint Petition and Consent Decree. 

After 60 days, we will file the final signed Consent Decree for the Court to review and approve.  

Plus, it adds: 

• Valuations for community businesses (limit of two) 

• Up to five coaching or counseling sessions per party 

• Up to three hours of joint sessions with an independent tax attorney 

• Preparation and filing of up to two Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) 

• Facilitation of retaining a licensed real estate agent to sell community property 

Please note: any commissions earned by the real estate agent are not included in this service. The parties retain the real estate agent jointly and separately. 

Flat Fee 

$50,000, flat. Payment is required before services begin.
